ABOUT LUCAS

Lucas Cram is 22 years old, a native of Loudon, New Hampshire, and current resident of Charlotte, North Carolina. Lucas was born with a drive to well... drive. From the moment his eyes landed on racing on the television set, he knew exactly what he wanted to chase.

 

Every dream has to start somewhere, and for Lucas, a small but big step was leaping into the virtual world of sim racing. After years of honing his craft, he moved to North Carolina to step foot into the real thing, completing a few test sessions behind the wheel of a limited late model for Ed Cox and Orion Motorsports, before an ensuing handful of starts in local races at Caraway Speedway.

Through this process he additionally spent time learning and understanding the mechanical side of the racecars, working with the team on the cars at and away from the track. Through his journey, Lucas has learned one key element - Earning the chance to compete behind the wheel not only takes everything, but makes everything.
